No, ShipperHQ does not currently offer a label. To receive a label, relevant order and shipping data must go back to your eCommerce platform and be integrated with the fulfillment software of your choice.
If you haven't set up billing during your 30 day trial period, your account will be deactivated. However, you will still have the ability to log in and set up billing to re-enable your account. Your settings will be saved for at least 30 days if you wish to re-activate. After 30 days of inactivity your account may be deleted.
If your store is using Shopify, you will automatically get charged for a Standard Plan after the 30 day period ends unless you uninstall the ShipperHQ app.
In ShipperHQ, a shipping request occurs once a customer reaches the checkout funnel of an online store’s page and generates a shipping rate calculation.
First, you will need to download, install or enable the ShipperHQ extension through your platform. For platform specific instructions, read this article from our knowledge based website “Connecting ShipperHQ to Your eCommerce Website.”
When signing up for a ShipperHQ plan, you are given the option to pay monthly or annually. On our Essentials, Standard and Pro plans, you have the option to cancel at any time. However, we do not provide a refund if you decide to cancel before your next auto-renewal period. If you are an Enterprise user, contracts are written on an individual basis.
Some eCommerce platforms don’t support the functionality of certain ShipperHQ features. We are actively working with our platform partners to encourage them to make this functionality available so that merchants on any platform can benefit from ShipperHQ’s full feature set.
