To access the Analytics feature, you’ll need to be on the Advanced or Enterprise plan and have the Shipping Insights feature enabled. Merchants on lower plans can still view basic rate request metrics in the dashboard, but won’t have access to full analytics reporting.

Shipping data gives you visibility into what’s happening at checkout and throughout fulfillment. Insights like top shipping methods, cart value trends, and shipping profitability help you optimize rates, reduce costs, and align your strategy with how customers shop and how orders are fulfilled.

What shipping analytics and visibility does ShipperHQ provide, and how does it help my online store?

ShipperHQ’s Analytics dashboard gives you a detailed view of shipping and fulfillment performance through interactive graphs and charts. Key metrics include:

Where is my shipping data stored, and is it secure?

When Shipping Insights is enabled, order and shipping data are stored as part of the reporting workflow. ShipperHQ follows industry-standard security practices to keep your data private and secure. We do not use your data for AI training or share it with external parties.

Can the shipping reports be exported for sharing?

In the current release of Analytics, export to PDF or CSV is not yet available, but is planned as a roadmap item.
