Test sites are not used for production purposes but instead used for testing while setting up your ShipperHQ configuration. Test sites in ShipperHQ have a restriction on the number of shipping requests per minute and are not suitable for use in Production environments.

To enable ShipperHQ, you will need to add Real-Time Calculated Rates (RTCS) to your store. This is a requirement from Shopify and allows you to pull in live third-party shipping rates from a carrier. Shopify Advanced, Shopify Plus and annual Shopify subscriptions include RTCS at no cost. Basic Shopify and monthly subscriptions need to pay $20 per month for this option.
