How do I sign up?

Begin by signing up here for a free 15 day trial. You'll have access to all the features of the Standard plan. You can transfer to a paid plan at any point right from your ShipperHQ dashboard.

How do I connect to my commerce platform?

For some eCommerce platforms you'll need to download and install an extension on your site. On others it may be as simple as enabling an app. When you sign up you'll be given instructions and access to our support team to help you get set up.

What happens after 15 days?

If you haven't set up billing your account will be deactivated but you'll still have access to log in and set up billing to reenable your account. Your settings will be saved for at least 30 days if you wish to re-activate. After 30 days of inactivity your account may be deleted. You can reactivate your account whenever you'd like before that point by logging in and setting up billing.

How long are your contracts?

When signing up for a ShipperHQ plan, you are given the option to pay monthly or annually. On our Essentials, Standard and Advanced, you have the option to cancel at any time. However, we do not provide a refund if you decide to cancel before your next auto-renewal period. Standard and Advanced plans require a 12-month commitment. If you are an Enterprise user, contracts are written on an individual basis.

Why aren't all features available on all eCommerce platforms?

Some platforms don't currently support the functionality needed to support certain features. We're actively working with all of our supported platforms to encourage them to make this functionality available so that merchants on every platform can benefit from ShipperHQ's full feature set.
