MoJo Active designed and developed the new storefront, architected integrations with NetSuite, and implemented ShipperHQ to replace the custom-built shipping setup and third-party packaging system. Beyond implementation, MoJo Active mapped complex compliance requirements, streamlined checkout, and ensured ShipperHQ’s shipping logic was fully aligned with operational and business needs.

  • Shipping Rules & Shipping Groups allow EuroOptic to automate compliance and control free shipping promotions. They’ve set over 58 rules like ‘No shipping high-capacity magazines to California’ or ‘High turnover products ship free with 2-day delivery’.
  • Dimensional Packing calculates accurate rates at checkout by virtually packing orders using ShipperHQ’s best-fit algorithm. It fits items into the right packages, considers padding/tolerance settings, and applies custom packing rules like ‘ammo must ship separately’.
  • Shipping Insights passes shipping and package details from checkout into BigCommerce and Netsuite so the warehouse team has exact box sizes, contents, and visuals in the order record. This speeds up fulfillment, reduces packaging waste, and eliminates the need for third-party packaging software.
  • Custom Method Names keep checkout simple and streamlined, while ShipperHQ manages multiple carriers and shipping methods behind the scenes.
