How does ShipperHQ integration work with BigCommerce Multi-Storefront (MSF)?
ShipperHQ integrates with BigCommerce Multi-Storefront (MSF) and applies the same shipping configuration across all storefronts. Since BigCommerce doesn’t send ‘storefront-specific’ identifiers with rate requests, it’s not possible to apply different shipping rules to each storefront within a single ShipperHQ account.
In case you need unique shipping logic per storefront, you’ll need to create separate BigCommerce sites, each with its own ShipperHQ account. For more information, refer to this help document.
