Enhanced Checkout is available to Enterprise customers only and is supported on Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Magento and Shopify Plus.
Please note: Some functionality including split shipping, LTL accessorials, address type selectors, and custom carrier fields are not supported on BigCommerce and Shopify Plus at this time.

If I'm already using ShipperHQ on BigCommerce can I switch to Enhanced Checkout?

Yes, for merchants who are already using the standard ShipperHQ integration with BigCommerce, a migration path is available to move to Enhanced Checkout without losing your existing configuration.

Can custom theming be applied to Enhanced Checkout on Magento 2/Adobe Commerce?

Yes, there are several ways to apply custom theming to Enhanced Checkout to better fit the style of your site. This can be done through a combination of field translations and custom CSS style overrides.
